At L’Unité Boulangerie Café, we take pride in preparing fresh baked goods, catering items, beverages, and specialty food products with care and attention to quality. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food, beverage, bakery, catering, or custom-prepared items once an order has been fulfilled, picked up, delivered, or accepted by the customer.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following circumstances:

* Incorrect order received

* Missing items from an order

* Product quality concerns reported immediately upon receipt

* Orders damaged during delivery directly handled by our team

To request assistance regarding an order issue, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations for catering or specialty orders must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled fulfillment date. Approved cancellations may qualify for a partial refund depending on preparation costs already incurred.

Orders canceled outside of the approved cancellation window may be non-refundable.
